Return & Refund Policy

We want your pet's gear to actually fit and get used. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned

• Collars, leashes, and harnesses that haven't been worn outdoors or altered
• Bowls, feeders, and dispensers in unused, original condition
• Beds and blankets that are unused and unwashed, with tags/packaging intact
• Grooming tools and toys that are unopened or show no signs of use

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on grooming tools that have been used, or on toys and chews once removed from packaging and used by a pet. Personalized or engraved items (such as custom-plate collars) are final sale unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required in these cases.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@meraki-pet.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post after we process it.
