Meraki Pet ships everyday pet accessories — collars, leashes, bowls, feeders, beds, blankets, grooming tools, and toys — to addresses within the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required. There is no separate expedited tier at this time; all orders move through the same fast, tracked process.
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Because our products are lightweight parcel goods — not oversized or freight items — they ship via standard ground and air parcel carriers rather than freight trucking.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our fulfillment partners. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@meraki-pet.com.
At this time we ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for items that require a signature, and we do not currently offer international shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or a tracked package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement or refund moving quickly.
